Stakeholder Management Training:

• 2 Day Communication & Stakeholder Management Workshop
  Built around a case study, this engaging and entertaining workshop combines the art of communication with the science of the Stakeholder Circle methodology.
         
• 1 Day: Stakeholder Management Techniques Workshop
  This workshop helps project personnel build and maintain robust project relationships by using the Stakeholder Circle® methodology (and the supporting software tools) to identify key stakeholders and then to manage the relationships between their unique stakeholder community and the project.
         
• 1 Day Communicating for Effect Workshop
  This workshop helps project personnel understand the importance of analysing their stakeholder community and then using effective communication to manage the key relationships between their management and the project, and the wider stakeholder community.
         
• Executive Briefings
  A 60 minute presentation summarising the Stakeholder Circle® and the opportunities, benefits and challenges of introducing proactive stakeholder management into an organisations project delivery methodology.
         
• On site mentoring and support for Project Teams
